Update Python App on Google Cloud Ubuntu and Apply Existing New Design

Hello, We have an application which was written in Python (we think) and it is hosted on a virtual ubuntu server in google cloud. The application allows a user to upload an image. It then analyzes the image and checks to see if there is a matching image within a database (an xlsx sheet) and then it returns the results of the database. The application also uses Google Vision OCR to pull some text form the uploaded image and it displays that as well. You can test the application by uploading the image we have attached to the project files which is named "[login to view URL]", the application is at [login to view URL] We need someone who is familiar with Google Cloud, Python, Ubunto, and web design skills to update the design of the application. We have a nice new design we need applied to the application. The new design is attached in a zip file called "[login to view URL]". You will need to incorporate the outputs of the app into the design so it is formatted the same as the html files. You will need to install the files so that they work on the public IP that Google Cloud provides. You will also need to make a copy and a backup of the existing application files so that we do not lose them incase you break the app when trying to update the design. We will provide you with appropriate access to the Google Cloud platform in order to perform the work. You must be familiar with Google Cloud Console as we are not able to guide you through where to find files, you will need to know how to do this on your own. The only virtual machine and files within this instance of the google cloud are the application files, so it should not be hard to find for someone familiar with how to navigate the Google Cloud Console.
