Hi, I did a PhD in Machine Learning at ETH Zürich and finished in 2019. Currently, I do a Postdoc in Brazil (home country) in Machine Learning. I am in a transition phase with the financial support so I am dedicating some time to freelancing while the situation solves itself. I would be able to dedicate a lot of time to your project for a couple weeks. I have previously worked with Action Recognition in football videos. Moreover, I have experience with both Tensorflow 1.0 and Tensorflow 2.0, having previously done research/projects using either. I am very familiar with projects using CNNs as the Movinets use.
