I have quite a good knowledge of DL/ML Algorithm , have also developed Dashboards and Web Applications using flask/django. My area of expertise is building financial models (Stock Markets) , Image Processing and building models for food, healthcare and telecom sector, Classification/Prediction/Clustering, NLP and Chatbots. From your requirement this is what I have understood, # The data should be grouped by cusip and sorted by date # Compute the moving average for last 30 days for variables vol & shrout # Compute variance for last 30, 60 days for a cusip on prc I tested it with the sample data provided and this can be completed quickly. Have a question, Are we fine with NA for the first 29 days for VAR1/VAR2 calculations? I will be using dplyr and ttr package and can deliver the R code to compute and provide the output as a dataframe or in a text file.
