rebranding

We are a Business Development Consultancy advising our clients on marketing issues and helping them to generate new business opportunities. Currently one of our clients is looking to revamp its image and redesign its web site and sales & marketing collateral. We have been tasked to short list designers to meet with them. Our client is focused on providing coaching to very senior level executives and board members of large corporations, helping them to build their management skills and deal with 'adaptive' change - that is change occasioned by events such as the installation of a new IT infrastructure, mergers, acquisitions and so on. While a knowledge of the coaching market (or a similar 'intangible' market) would be advantageous, what is more important is a strong understanding of brand development - to be able to understand our client, to be able to understand their market and to be able to come up with a design strategy and brand image which communicates effectively to their target audience.
