Recruitment HR Associate Project - Training Provided

We have 12 slots available for a business development position at any one time. Your task is to ensure that all 12 slots are filled with competent people at all times. For this you will initially need to recruit 12 people. All training on where to find people and how to select candidates will be provided. You will need to post ads, respond to candidates, send them the interview questions and if they pass the interview process assign them to one of the 12 slots, dealing with any questions they may have. Once all the slots are filled, if anyone drops out or performs poorly, you will need to find a replacement as directed by management. You will also be the link between the workers and senior management, dealing with any queries they may have about HR matters. This is not full-time work and you are not expected to work full-time hours. However, you will need to align with the worker’s time zone of 8am-5pm UK time, and work whatever time is required to have 12 slots filled at all times. You must also be immediately responsive to management in case someone drops out and a replacement is needed. You will be working via our computer so must have strong power and internet.
You will be paid $50 per month for taking on this task. This is ongoing monthly contract work. Please apply explaining your experience of recruiting / HR / hiring, and confirming your internet download and upload speed.
