VR architecture for Real State (made with unity)

Hello everyone! This is a "Real State" architecture project. We provide: The autocad file (.DWG) with the blueprints of the project. Specific instructions about the furniture and the distribution. Specific instructions about the environment (gps location and google earth references) Specific instructions about the material and textures for everything. We need 4 scenes (280 mts2 total approximately): The reception of the building Outside the building on the street (appreciating the design of the tower and the environment) Inside the saloon of multiple uses. Full apartment with the view of the balcony. Requirements: Realistic 3D Model made with unity 3D animation environment (google earth specific location) Interior design and HQ furniture and accessories. (we provide prefabs) Baked lighting processing. 4k Textures VR ready interaction for HTC VIVE in UNITY 3D (With teleport and the different scenes menu) (STEAM VR) Final product: the compiled application for (windows 10 and mac osx) running the complete unity project with everything mentioned before. 8 captures from each scene made with Octane render 3D A video of 1 min for each scene made with cinemachine and timeline.
