Building Rendering

I need a building concept to be rendered. Attached are my concept for a modern apartment building design. I would like to pursue this is phases, since I haven't work with you before. The first task is to do a design of front of the building as shown in the attached concept design: Building Design Concept When you do the modern design I'm seeking, then I'll be comfortable ordering the other tasks. The following view-points are needed: 1 - Front of building as shown in the sample. 2 - West view of building showing balcony etc. 3 - Top View, showing rooftop of all four buildings connected by the stairwell system and landscaping. 4 - Interior Penthouse - Showing modern living room, kitchen and stairs going to rooftop lounge/pool area: $100 5 - Bird eyes angle view, showing same building design on 5 different lots with landscaping and two swimming pools on property grounds. Total project cost is $400 and the first job is (1) and the budget allocated for this is $75. This first task will confirm that you're able to provide the design I want. If interested, submit your bid for $75 or less. Note - After Total job is completed, there are additional rendering work totaling $500-$1,000.
