3D Studio Project Manager

I'm looking for some one experienced with design and construction in Australia and 3D modelling to oversee my projects. You role will be to communicate with the client and my designers via email and trello and slack, review the projects, update trello board and assign new projects too designers, review their work before sending it to my clients, make mark-up's and ideas for improvements and send through to designer to rectify, and then send amended proof through to client via dropbox requesting them to make comments or Type "Approved", when the project has been confirmed you will then send note through to accounts to issue an invoice for the balance. You will also be responsible for backing up the designers if they have questions you will send an email to the clients or a note through trello requesting additional information. When assigning designers you will also send through a request for accounts to release the first deposit payment and when project is completed to release the final milestone. the intention here is that you will be taking over this element of my business which will then free me up too build the business. I'm looking for a fixed weekly fee - I estimate this role will take 20 hours over 6 days per week. Must have great english reading and writing skills
