Turn House Sketch Into House Plan--Blueprints, 2D, and 3D. Home Designer Needed with experience in efficient use of space and materials.
$8-15 USD / hod.
We are looking for somebody to work with for a home design project who has experience in home design and somebody who can take our sketches and ideas and transform them into blueprints/elevations as well as 3D images of the project.
I am a LEED AP as well as a Licensed General Contractor and will be building this design early next year and if all goes well we will build the same design many times, possibly with minor changes each time. The idea behind the design is a simple, efficient use of space, materials, and energy. Our goal is to provide an affordable home that our clients are proud of.
We need a designer that can help us eliminate wasted materials and space. We have the general layout and images of what the exterior should look like, we need somebody to take what we have and advise us on smart changes we should consider.
