I have used virtual assistants on a couple of occasions in the past and have not had great success with them. I believe the ideal situation for me will be to find a full time employee who will be physically located at my office in Kansas - however, I have been convinced by a number of my colleagues that I should explore the talent pool in the Freelancer universe (along with exploring some other virtual assistant options). Firstly, noone can upload file here until the employer responds to them. Just the way Freelancer works. I recently worked as an EA for a real estate Employer based in Florida. He knows many things but rarely remembers his last discussion or last plan. Perhaps, the more reason he hired me. He currently works in the US Marines so constantly kicks my Ass to get the team to flip more houses so we all can make more money to retire... My first job was in the hotel. After making a good laugh when I finished reading your describing of me (requirements needed), I decided to give you a opportunity to hire me as your assistant. The only thing which was new for me in the whole text was the Orbitz, but as soon as I finish this job application, I will google the devil out of Orbitz and master the shit same as everything else. I am a very interesting character to work with since I dont give a shit about others people crap, I want a very fair and honest relationship in which I believe everything works just fine. I consider myself as a badass since I live without any kind of support for the past couple of years and I find my project very successfull (my life). It's kinda obvious that I didn't like to work with my last 3 bosses, that's why they are "last".. Our characters didn't match, and that's the ecosystem I can't survive in. My ideal situation is freedom and colaboration with my boss instead of working for him, and some money of course. My first job ever was selling shells on the shore to tourists, me and my 2 friends always knew where to find most badass shells from the underwater, so I decided to sell them when I noticed in the city people actually buy them. I was 9 years old at the time. It's interesting to see a man with enterprenurial skills applying for the job, but I was delighted after reading your post, and I wish to hear more from you.
