Hi, I am working as a customer support representative for a Shopify based dropship business at the moment, but they need me for 4hrs per day so I am looking for a similar position where I can work for 4-8 more hours per day (even more if needed). I would be a great fit for this role as i have just finished an IT service desk role so have spent the last 2 and a half years receiving and making calls to customers regarding IT faults. Due to the nature of the work it was fairly common for a customer to become angry or frustrated during the call so i have developed a very professional attitude to dealing with this in a calm and professional manner. I would take between 25 and 60 calls per day depending on how busy it was, some would be very short and others could go on for over an hour so I am highly experienced in customer service and can be extremely patient with customers. I would also support customers via email and live chat so have experience managing large quantities of emails. I received excellent feedback from customers on multiple occasions, and can provide references from my previous role immediately if necessary. I am a very fast leaner so can learn company processes very quickly and ensure they are always followed whilst providing the highest level of customer service at all times. I am currently in an extremely flexible part time job so am available to start now and can do any hours necessary, I hope to speak with you soon.

It was not always going well, but in my previous job, I had a perfect quality evaluation once and was first in my team to achieve that. I was proud of myself.
