Freelance or Internship for Sales and Customer Support for start-up based in Barcelona

We are a small start-up with offices in Madrid and Barcelona, we are looking for the first collaborator based in Barcelona working parallel on 2 projects: one in the Travelling sector and the other in the Elders Cares sector. As one of the first collaborator you will be an essential player, one of the soul of the company together with the three co-founders and working side by side with them. Your responsibilities will cover these different areas: 1) Inside Sales: outbound: find, cold-call, contact and onboard new users and customers inbound: on-board new users and customers who get in touch with us through Social Media Users are coming from around the world, so ability to adapt and talk with different cultures. 2) Customers support help to address and resolve issues that Users may have, by email, by Social Media or by phone. support customers through LiveChat. improve and keep update our FAQ section and customers information on the website Location: Barcelona - working from Incubator and remotely when possible Flexible time - work whenever you prefer but be available, deliver on time with high quality Commitment of 20 hours a week for first months - it may increase later on Opportunity to receive a stack in the company if there is a good fit. Only Freelance or Internship contract. Passion and interest in the Travelling sector and/or Elders cares sector. Native Spanish and very professional English. Additional languages are a plus.
