I have more than 7 years working experience in the customer service field for both American and Australian Clients. I have handled several roles such as Customer Service Specialist, Technical Support Representative, Sales Specialist, Escalations Support Representative, Claims Officer, People Manager/ Supervisor. These roles enabled me to acquire skills as simple as data entry and as complex as operations management which includes data analytics, reports creation and managing projects.
