Need 1-5 pax Experienced BD/Sales professional for VoIP Calling to International Ecommerce Companies

NOTE: 1) Applicants can be based anywhere in the world. 2) One month of genuine work is measured as 22 weekdays (Mon-Fri only) of calling 70 contacts each day in the respective month. 3) Payment is calculated for 22 days on a per day basis and is released within 48 hours after the monthly target achieved. If you work for 10 days in the 1st month and 12 days in the 2nd month, your payment will be released by the 14th day of the 2nd month. 4) Payment will be released only if the performance basis our Requirements, Job description and Reporting (mentioned later in the post) is satisfactory. 5) Work hours need to be adjusted according to the United States' Pacific Time Zone. Project Duration: Minimum 2 months - up to a year We can start immediately! Budget (depending on the quality of work and performance): 30000 - 60000/- INR per month per person (22 days of effective calling) 400 - 800 USD per month per person (22 days of effective calling) Our Industry: We create Artificial Intelligence-based products (online apps/plugins/tools) that help e-commerce business to increase their sales and revenue. Our services include everything under the Digital Marketing domain, Web development, and Mobile app development. Requirements: 1) High quality, exceptionally fluent in English telephonic communication personnel required to pitch our company's products and services to the prospects nationally and internationally (majorly the USA). 2) Must have a productive and claim-worthy experience in selling products and services via telephone/mobile/VoIP in international markets. 3) Should have a technical background, software selling knack along with a positive attitude and being creative with striking interesting conversations. Job Description and Daily Reporting: 1) Email id, Hubspot sales account will be provided by us, along with an internet access. 2) The Business development professionals need to have their OWN Laptop/PC (no other device is acceptable) and Headphones that'll be used for calling prospects. 3) Sufficient training, product demo, sample calls, database for calling and guidance will be provided. 4) The target of calling approx. 70 contacts per day should be met without fail. In case of unforeseen events or emergency situations, please keep the employer (that is us) in the loop. 5) The various calling status/fields for every contact in your Hubspot account need to be religiously filled in. 6) Emailing an end of the day report every day is mandatory. EOD report format will be shared (it's a concise one, only note-worthy details are asked).
