I need a sales and marketing person who can get clients who want to Logos, brochures, flyers, Infographics, corporate presentations, emailer/newsletter and 2D/3D Animation. Commission slabs would be as follows: 15% direct commission - upto Rs. 25,000 18% direct commission - Rs. 25,001-50,000 22% direct commission - Rs. 50,001- 1,00,000 25% direct commission - Above Rs. 1,00,000 Job Description 1. Will have to find clients for Logos, brochures, flyers, Infographics, corporate presentations, emailer/newsletter and 2D/3D Animation. 2. Will have to deal with clients regarding project price, payments, project delivery 3. Can do this work from home, part-time basis, full- time basis and from anywhere in the world. 4. Will have to co-ordinate with the team and communicate project details with team members. Payout Structure Payout will be on real-time basis We charge 50% of the value of project as advance. Whenever we receive initial deposit, 50% of your commission will be immediately dispatched to you. For Ex. Deal for a project is Rs. 1,00,000. As per the slab, that makes your commission Rs. 22,000. As soon as the client pays initial deposit of 50,000, 50% of your commission i.e. Rs. 11,000 will be sent to you instantly. Next, on project completion when we receive balance payment of Rs. 50,000, you get your remaining Rs. 11,000, therefore guaranteeing your and client's success.
