B2B outbound sales (calling and/or email), lead generation, appointment setting, for UK VC funded Tech Start-Up

We are based in London and were recently funded by Fuel Ventures. ResponseiQ is about to change its product offering and relaunch. I am looking to hire multiple skilled individuals from the outside the UK. I currently hire a team of developers in India so I am used to outsourcing work and believe in its benefits if it is done correctly. About ResponseiQ We are about to relaunch our company with a new offering. We are the first UK/US company to offer this. We have built a widget for websites that increase the amount of inbound calls/leads a business receives by up to 60%. This is achieved using an algorithm that tracks web visitor behaviour and offers free 27 second callback to the web visitor. This removes any communication barrier and allows the web visitor from anywhere in the world to submit their phone number, ResponseiQ in turn then calls the business’s/department’s sales agents. If the web visitor visits out of hours then our widget schedules the call for a suitable time and calls the sales agents at this time capturing leads 24/7 hours a day. The first agent to answer is then instantly connected with the lead in real-time. This widget is of value to many different business sectors and very easy to show/explain its value proposition. If a business currently gets 1,000 calls a month from its website, they can expect 1300 with us, these extra 300 phone calls hold a tremendous amount of value for our customers. We have investment and are looking to hire people to help us fuel rapid growth of the business in the UK and US markets. To start we will be focusing on the UK.
