Phone call salesperson - English language native

I am looking for a salesperson to call a list of clients and sell a website. [login to view URL]
Basically explain the benefits of the website in regards to their organization. This is a very specific website tailed to veteran groups. You'll basically be calling targeted veteran groups from a list that I will provide.
As part of this work I will pay out a 25% commission for every sale.
Price:
$299 annually. ($75 commission on top of hourly rate)
Promotions that you will be allowed to use if you need additional help to close a sale
$99 for first year only, renews at normal price $299 ($25 commission on top of hourly rate)
Commission is a one -time payout per client. No commission for renewals after first year.
