I can add 'county' field to relevant object(s) and can grant required access to this field for required profiles. Furthermore, I would like to work closely with you to re-work org wide default permissions and profile access settings, so that only relevant users have access. This is done by starting from Org wide defaults, and setting it to the most restrictive levels of access. We want to adjust this where this field is a drop down with the state abbreviations you can ANDY: Recommended ANDY: Salesforce has a feature called "State and Country Picklists" which can be enabled within the application. This will allow you to change the Country and State lists so when you select a country, you only see the available states (or regions for places like Germany) Adding counties to all of our records.
