Sharepoint & powerapps expert needed to give SP folder permissions in O365

I have project info in a Sharepoint site, and I use powerapps.

I need a function (either Powerapps or Flow/Power automate, that gives permission to specific pepole to specific folders in a library.

For example I have a project folder/library

In the project library each project have a subfolder.

Some projects are confidensial, and only specific pepole should have permission.

I want to give permission to pepole or user group to this folder (and subfolders).

I also need help with a couple of document approval flows and other security cases in Sharepoint.
