Build me a shell script to load the flat file data into oracle db table

Hi, May be i can help you. I have written shell scripts for automating tasks with pgsql ( i can get you the sample). Yeah, i know its a different way to connect to Oracle, but if you can show me the manual method i can do that with shell script. Thanks

Do you have all db queries ready which will be used to retrieve the data such as record count of loaded flat file and table to be compared?
