Shopify Bulk Sizes Names Modification

We need a Shopify developer to help us find a solution to modify in bulk our variant names in order to add the UK sizes. For example, we have products with the EU size "34" and we need it to change to "EU 34/UK 8". This means changing all sizes variant names. This could be done by coding a private app or else. We're open to suggestions.
NB: we don't want to change the sizes, just the name that is displayed by adding the correspondence of the EU size in the UK size chart.
Let me know your suggestion to solve this problem.
