As our reach has expanded, we need to increase our marketing to reach harder to find candidates and grow our client base, but mainly its finding candidates and enticing them to use our agency and apply.
For over 15 years, we have worked in this sector, and found our nice and are growing healthily.
To continue our adventure and grow further we need more assistance to help us grow and reach these candidates.
Our marketing has so far been mostly by our extensive network, as we grow we need to reach the candidates we do not usually reach.
Our business is truly international, at the time of writing I am looking for candidates in Australia, England, France, the USA, The Philippines and Canada.
We recruit contractors, full time staff and freelancers, and have even placed teams and full divisions.
To help us attract these candidates, we need assistance with the following;
• Management of our social media. Currently we have social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, none of which are used.
• Website optimisation, perhaps including blogging, LinkedIn articles and posts with reposts.
Our recruitment process allows candidates to review and apply online, and we need to funnel candidates to this service.
Our boutique agency is already doing wonderful things, and we forecast doubling in size in the next 3 years.
We also manage websites and web hosting for clients around the globe, but this is a smaller division. Nonetheless, providing marketing services to these clients is a possibility, and if all goes well we can look to offer this as a service to them.

Typical responsibilities
• Developing and managing twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn presences
• Promoting vacancies in Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn platforms and tracking results
• Scheduling posts and broadcasts, using Hootsuite, Buffer or something similar.
• Refining the marketing based on feedback of what is working and what is not
• Researching keywords for targeting for website marketing, job listings and social media posts
• Writing and posting social media content to grow our brand and presence, to engage with our audience
• Analysing [login to view URL] metrics to identify what campaigns need sponsorship, and to help refine the job listings and marketing.
• Providing monthly reports on activity, traffic and conversions, candidate applications and sources, and cost per acquisition CPA
• Promoting the business by entry to business awards, both online and offline.
• Ensuring compliance with established regulations, communication guidelines and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 3 years management of social media
• Understanding of recruitment, B2B and international digital marketing
• Search engine optimisation, both organic and paid sponsorship
This is a rolling project that I expect to grow as our business grows, indeed you will be a large part of making that growth possible!
I have a preference for an agency over 1 person to manage this, given that we market these vacancies around the clock, and want consistent service regardless of the time, day and to ensure that illness and vacation cover can be catered for.
