Build me a Twitter following

We are launching a campaign on YouTube to urge people to download a song on itunes for 99 cents. Proceeds from the purchase of the song will be donated to a specific charity in the exact country that the song was downloaded from. We are putting together a team to build support for this campaign on twitter by the following; (1) Searching specific positive keyword hashtag pages where twitter users are posting instantly...for example #charity ....#ChangeTheWorld (2) The marketing team would then mention specific twitter users individually who are posting with the specific hashtag keywords and send a unique twitter message tailored for each user which would include a call to action in addition to the campaign YouTube video link. (We will provide all tailored messages and hashtag instructions in which all you would have to do is copy and paste along with tagging the specific twitter users) For example; Step 1 - you search the twitter hashtag page of #ChangeTheWorld Step 2 - you see a specific user who posts with that hashtag Step 3 - you mention that specific username along with the custom tailored message ---> "[@specific username] [custom tailored message with call to action and video link]" Notes; (1) Our objective is to generate a minimum of 2500 tweets per day with the above formula for 7 days per week. (2) More than 1 person can be hired for the job if you can assemble a team of several people in order to send out the maximum number of tweets per day for higher rates of return (3) Progress will be tracked daily to review performance by reviewing each marketers twitter page to see how many tweets and the quality of tweets that were generated on each specific day. (4) The campaign must run for a minimum of 1 month. ** Extra Incentive - based on performance results...extra % commission from revenue generated by the campaign will be offered to you (and your team).
