Build a Twitter scraper using the Twitter API (custom development)

*PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU'VE USED THE TWITTER API IN THE PAST* I need a program that will make requests using the Twitter API, and save twitter-IDs to a csv that are returned based on parameters inputted with the API. I believe the “Twitter Streaming API” will be most appropriate for this, but I will defer to your judgement.   I would like to be able to pull twitter-IDs based on three parameters: 1 – Sentiment I would like to be able to indicate that I’m only interested in tweets with either a positive or negative sentiment. 2 – Keyword or phrase This will be the keyword that the program is searching for within tweets. This could be a simple keyword such as a TV show title (e.g., “Game of Thrones”), or a phrase such as “just finished eating dinner”. 3 – Time frame I’d like to be able to run the query over a specified time frame. This could be a short amount of time, such as a 10-minute window, or a much longer amount of time such as the next 5-days. So it will be important to be able to input a start and end time. An example of this could be: Start time: 09/01/2017 0400 End time: 09/03/2017 1600 (or another format that results in the same effectiveness)   The program will also need to output a small sample quantity of the tweets that have been returned by the API query, so that I can review to ensure quantity. For example, 20-50 tweets (tops) should be sufficient for a person to manually review so that they have a general idea of the quality. The program will need to output the returned twitter-IDs to a CSV file. Only bids will be considered that include a brief note in the bid about how you'd develop the program. If a program exists "off the shelf" that can already accomplish this, please refer me to it and I will pay a reward fee for doing so.
