Experienced Python programmer needed (Below $80)

I need a Python Programmer with experience working with the following tasks list: For this project, the goal is to pull a netcdf file from the internet. There are bunch of lists in the netcdf file; you would need to combine the lists into tuples (maybe using zip?). Then, you would need to either use an existing executable to build a binary or create your own executable that changes the data to binary format. After that, you would need to try to use an existing program called GrADS to convert the binary data to gridded data. In addition, it would also be good to create the control file needed to use this data with GrADS. a control file is used to tell GrADS what is in the data... the list of variables. Budget is strictly $50-$100. Don’t bid if you have not done the same thing before.
