Hello, I have read your spec, and I will be able to create a console application for you which will read a config file, access the sql database from information contained within that file, then output files based on information collected from the database. I would complete this using c# and visual studio 2017 with .net 4.6.1 unless you have any other specific requirements. In the program, we have to read txt or csv file and get objects where to export database and table and proceed those database structure into the target source.
