I have a working experience on desktop applications in .net and C#. I can do it with OpenCv wrapper that is included in the visual studio project. There are many famous algorithms for face detection like Local Binary Patterns Histograms (LBPH),Eigenfaces, Haar Cascades etc. I can implement that. I have 15 years of experience developing applications on Microsoft Visual Studio tools , most of them in Visual C ++ .NET and database environment Microsoft SQL Server. I have developed complete systems capture , signature's management and distribution , integrated these devices capture signatures WACOM and biometric capture devices fingerprint , together with document capture , decoding bar codes and the application of OCR / ICR by OpenCV libraries.
