Fixing and developing a data sorting program and connecting it to a Telegram bot

What's the project about: We want to create a program that can collect information from Instagram, sort it as appropriate and provide specific output (arrange the data in certain structures that will be explained in advance). We already have the first version of the program created. So far this program is really simple but is currently connected to Instagram so the collection of data from there is already implemented. However, a few functionalities of this first version of the program need to be fixed. After this is done we will be expanding the application of this program greatly, connecting it to chat bots and adding many more features to it. The program will be running on a server and will be constantly working. I've attached three text files - the first of them explains how we wanted the initial version of this program to turn out, the second presents what our current software developer created and the third explains what needs to be fixed and build upon this first version of the program initially. Going through these three text files is essential before applying for the project. There will be much more to follow if we are satisfied with your work on this second version of the program. What kind of person we are looking for: We are searching for an experienced software developer that has previously worked on Telegram chat bots and data sorting programs. The person should also be able to connect future functions of the program and the bots to the platform of Instagram - collecting, sorting and presenting information from there.
