Google AdWords and Google Shopping API in Vb.net

We need a Vb.net class / module that can integrate to Google AdWords and Google Shopping API.
It has to take a url address as input and pause AdWords and Google shopping advertising that contains the specific url address E.g. it should be able to tell the code to pause all advertising containing the url [login to view URL] and then it will pause [login to view URL] and all pages containing this url [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc .
It has to be able to store what it did and start the advertising again on command. Something special may have to be done related to Google Shopping, and we will have to talk about how to solve that part.
All has to be done in Visual Basic .net programming and all source code needs to be delivered.
Nudge can be used of cause to speed up the programming.
