Interpreting Node.JS code--

I have been passed on this project from my colleague who has now retired. As someone who is learning Node.Js i needed an expert who can interpret all of the data for me, there is 600 lines of codes but its pretty easy code and can be done in 1day. I have some knowledge in this but will prefer if someone else can do it. The code itself is fairly relatively easy as its mostly IF statements. :) I can answer any question regarding the codes or application which is built. I paid someone to interpret this data for me, and they done a really poor job so here i am again looking for someone else. When you comment on my (as part of interpretation) i want you to explain what the code line means i.e. if its var loan = []; , i want you to say what Var means (only once if its in multiple codes) and then say where this information is coming from etc. Another line of code: var text = [login to view URL] I want you to comment what [login to view URL] means. Its not that hard but want a good job with someone with good English.
