I need a desktop based simple software in Java(J2SE) which should be able to perform the following: 1. It should be a clickable exe/jar file and should support mac/window pc where JDK is installed. 2 One simple form with username and password projected. Username and password list should be defined in mysql database. 3. The form will have one text box, one dropdown, one textarea and one image upload area. 4. Image must be uploaded via both, by browsing and copy-paste from clipboard. For example copy image from a pdf file. 5. Once submit the form, the output should be a PDF file. A html/text file should be formated with Tag of variable to replace the form value. Then, it should generate the pdf as output. 6. Source code must be provided. 7. UI should be presentable. This is a simple form I need to run on my pc for testing purpose. If everything goes well, a big project is waiting for the right candidate.
