C# and JavaScript Programmer Needed To Build A Design Software

I need a professional C# and Javascript programmer to build a design software for me, which can be implemented in to my ASP.NET website. I have already build the website in C# and it's installed on my localhost, but I will send you a copy, so you can look through it and install the software, once it is done. Basicly the software I need you to build for me, is a complete software which can be used to create multiple t-shirt designs with. Here are the pages/features I need you to build (Please see attached screentshots): PAGE 1 - Create Designs - Here I should be able to generate multiple t-shirt designs and be able to download a single or multiple designs PAGE 2 - Bulk Create - Here I should be able to bulk create mutiple designs using a list of words PAGE 3 - Manage Templates - Here I should be able to edit, delete, activate and deactivate my templates. PAGE 4 - Create Template - Here I should be able to create new templates. PAGE 5 - Manage Fonts - Here I should be able to upload and manage my fonts. PAGE 6 - Manage Categories - Here I should be able to create and manage my categories. Please see attached screenshots, for a complete list of all the features I need the software to have.
