Make odoo 11.0 64 bit windows installer using NSIS or similar

Compile an .exe installer (complete with uninstaller) for installing odoo 11.0 64 bit the same as installing odoo from source. This is to be done using an open source compiler such as NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System). Currently the only odoo installers available are 32 bit. The source code is available here: [login to view URL] To be compatible with Windows 7 & 10, 64 bit versions. I have listed as simple project (it is) for up to $250. I am prepared for possibly more, depending on what features are offered. No tyre kickers please - only persons with the required expertise to apply. We could be interested in further odoo projects (i.e. setup on VM etc) if satisfied with job well done.
