A software that doctors are able to send reports for patients about their health status and in the end send a prescription allowing or not the patient to practice exercises or some sport activity. Following below the requirements: - Doctors must be able to input medical data in a form screen, information like pressure, weight, oxygen level, personal info, family info, general questions - List of patients with all the history of reports - Doctors must be able to generate a PDF medical report with the latest input data and share it through email and Whatsapp (if possible) - On the other hand patients will receive this report from the doctor in a friendly PDF with images reporting their health condition - Doctors may or not send the reports with incomplete data and later complete the report and send again - The software must have a local DB and a Cloud DB. Thus, the software must work offline and when getting online send it to the cloud the updated data - In the end the doctor will send a prescription allowing or not the patient to practice exercises or some sport activity, finally sending a complete report allowing or denying the practice. - Login for doctors and admin - The software must sync between different machines, therefore if the doctor install and log in a PC1 and later log in a PC2, both must get the data from cloud, save locally and show the latest updated data - After the doctor input the data and generate the report, it must appear on the PC screen and mirrored on a TV screen used by the doctor. - All design of the software are ready in Photoshop - Suggested Cloud solution is Google Cloud Will be 5 screens: Login, list patients/reports, report input, result, final result IMPORTANT: DO NOT BID IF YOUR BID IS LOWER THAN YOUR REAL PRICE
