I need a pasionate python/machine learning programer for long term colaboration

I need a person that know python /machine learning to work with me at diferent projects that I have. Sicerlly Im locking for a long time colaboration as I have many projects ongoing. I will leave here a sample work that I need from you . If everything is ok and you can succesfuly complete this project we can work on greater project and with greater rates. For sample I will offer 35$ as the main purpose is to test your ability first. What I need for first sample: im looking for a person who can implement Feature selection algorithms like Paddy field algorithm and Intelligent Water drop algorithm . For this project will be using paddy alghorithm to reduce the features. Thats all I want to implement paddy alghorithm for reducing features! I need to be developed in python and moreover language. I want you to use paddy alghorithm so in this way you can implement wrapper aproach. For this project do not use any swarm package . You can use pandas numpy sklearn scikit. Waiting your proposal .
