I need a .net core program to enable development on a Pi3. This will be a complete remote monitoring program to be running on a Pi3. This include Modbus (Master/Slave) and Web Server hosting on this Pi3. Will be interfacing with at least 3 type of signals (pulse/frequency/0-5V). Data will be kept on Pi3 and retrievable up to 1 years data. Transmission of live data is required too, using connected 4G terminals/network.
