paraphrasing my architecture thesis

I am an academic researcher writing my thesis in architecture in the field of sustainability, I want to paraphrase my architectural thesis paper into academic writing to prevent plagiarism, rewrite it in an academic way, it contains two chapters the total of papers is 30, the goal of paraphrasing is to reach less than 10 % plagiarized words by checking it in different programmes so will do that must be a professional architecture researcher who is aware of how to write an academic research and have experience.
