Write me a program with the help of which it is possible to record and store transmitter signals.
The program should work on a Raspberry Pi with a connection to a RTL-SDR dongle.
Maybe it should be possible to record the transmitter signal beforehand and then pass it to the program.
A text file should contain signal strength, signal noise, time and a device number.
