A python web service to call or execute another xxx.py file(s).

I need you to develop a software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using Python. I already have python hosted with some modules install and already created two apps with restful web services using flask running at two base urls. i need the following to be developed. 1. one web service to be called passing a filename "[login to view URL]" as parameter, the web service will run/execute the "[login to view URL]" file when called. 2. create a sample "[login to view URL]" script to be called by the web service above. This sample script will call a. log function b. send email function c. log function d. send email function 3. the sample "[login to view URL]" file will import functions defined in another predefined .py file, which already have two functions defined (i.e. below describes the two functions): 3.1. log information function to log details supplied, date time when the function is call, to be logged to a database (i.e. pls propose one). 3.2. Another function to be called to send email, with smtp server details provides in a config file or in database. when this function is called, will send email with details supplied in its parameters (i.e. to, cc, subject, body, etc.) 4. i need the [login to view URL] to be called to first run steps a and b as described in item 2 above. 5. it then save or pause or saved the state details in db or memory. 6. Another web service as hosted in the same app as step 1. this web service when called to continue step 2c and 2d, continued from where it stops before. More details and thought to be discussed and confirmed before the requirement is fully understood, or if changes or different approach to be suggested.
