I can create you a program that can read the text files from one folder, modify the content based on requirement and save it to the second folder. You can select the folder locations and start and stop the process when you prefer.

I can design such a software for you, but I'm not a big fan of C or C#, I'm not that experienced with them. So you have directory and for each file in directory you edit it (some specific) and save in some other folder + plus have button to stop and start it ?
