What API you mean here? Is it involving the oAuth based authentication? Any documentation of the API so I could review and give you the solution? VBA has many limitation for managing athentication especially whenever it involves something like oAuth, etc

I've worked with "asp.net","php" sites using xhr so you can rest assure I can create you a macro which will pull you the ever changing token using post request unless otherwise because they can be found in request headers as well.
