Research Project: Comparison of Online Payment Services

We are in the process of selecting a payment service for our web application and need some assistance with research. This project requires someone (ideally familiar with such systems) to research and compare multiple services in the US. This is a system design and research project - NOT a software development project.
A typical buyer-seller transaction in our system will be in the range of $50-$500. We are building a standard order->create->deliver system: first a custom order is placed, next the electronic documents are created, last the payment is transferred at completion. A plus would be a build-in assurance that funds are available when the order is placed (i.e. escrow).
We have prepared a template comparison document that includes key features like services provided, fees, or website integration. We are also very interested in your expert opinion that would help in our decision making.
We realize that it is not practical to capture all possible online payment service. We expect that you do your best and limit your selections to proven systems from reputable vendors. We will be paying bonuses based on the depth of the research, as well as the value of your insights.
Your responsibilities/deliverables must include:
- the provided comparison-document filled out with online payment services
- your advise on the best services and how they should be use in our system (this can be done via an email or even a phone/Skype conversation)
The job is completed when we reviewed the document and are satisfied. Please allow 3-5 business days for a review .
