i will do the project in bash. the script will allow you to define the path to disorganized folder and the path to a new organized folder. Example: script -i [path to disorganized folder] -p [path to organized folder] -o log_file -e err_file Also, the script will save information about process and a resume in a log_file and possibles errors or warnings in an err_file. The script will sure the integrity of files in the new directory using their md5 codes and if I have time I will try to parallelize the procedure in order to increase the efficiency.
