SIMBAD simulation of A Star algorithm in JAVA

Hello,
I have gave this project to another freelancer and sent me a rar with much more things than i need. I attach it below.
I would like a simple program in java which will load a txt file in this form:

x e x e
e e x e
x e G e
it should be MxN for example 10x10 or 8*10 etc
where e= free space, G=goal, R=starting point of a robot, x=obstacles.
And will run A*star algorithm every time until it reaches to its goal.
Then it would animate a simbad robot. [url removed, login to view]
The robot should remember the obstacle positions and his own self and calculate the path to the goal by searching in the field of states with the A * algorithm. The heuristic function should take into account both the distance between the states and the density of the obstacles in the sub-region defined by the two points. After the algorithm returns the solution then the robot must move in a straight line (rotation and rectilinear motion) to the next point of the path. Whenever the robot moves to the next sign of the path, the map of the world (robot and obstacle position) must be updated and the designer rerun the new design problem.
I need the a star class/ method and the simbad simulation and some explanation
