Hi, I have 7 years of Python/Django coding experience. I've bid 250 because a lot of unexpected issues can happen while migrating from 1.1 to 2. It sounds easy, but there are a lot of deprecations , and arhitectural changes of Django. And also depending on the other installed django modules , django migrations can be a pain.
