I would like a voice recognition system. That is to say that from an audio file where a person will record an audio sentence is drawn through the voice recognition which it is from the microphone, say whether or not the same thing was said. I want the system to detect the likeness as much as possible. Maybe the idea is to put the sound of the audio file and the sound of the microphone on the same musical note and compare if it is the same thing, for more ease. I wish it to be done in the C # language in a web application. The code should be clear and comment and simple to understand. Small budget
