Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . VBA macros I want to export fill a PDF from a excel report. Macros should have the following . 1 Macro should ask for location where the PDF template is saved. 2. Macro should ask where the filled PDFs should be saved . 3. Macro should give option to user to either give a list of ids it wants the user data from the report to be filled or create PDF for each row on the report 4. Macro fill the desired fillable fields in the PDF ( I will provide a fillable PDF file) 5. Macro should save the each PDF by user I’d _date in the user defined location . 6. Macro should be able to skip fields in case the report does not have data on those cells for a particular user. 7. Once the macro has finished give a completion of the process message .
