We want to create a private label mobile communication app using - [login to view URL] Next, we want to brand it with our logo and then add a "record button" which allows people to record their telephone calls. The recording and/or live stream will be sent to Nuance (NDEV) transcription engine to transcribe the audio into text and then organized into a conversational format by speaker which can be read on the phone like a chat session. If possible, the transcribed text will happen in close to real time and displayed on the mobile app. When the call ends, the app will identify key words that may be meaningful such as upcoming meeting dates and times, contact names, phone numbers, project names, proposed dollar amounts, etc. The app will then suggest which words are meaningful by highlighting the in yellow. The end user will be able to review the highlighted words and tap to remove highlights or double tap to add more highlights. The end user will then be able to click a save or send button to save the highlighted keywords to their phone or send the meaningful words by email or sms (version 1 demo) When completed, Phase 2 will begin which try and categorize the keywords by type and then allow the user to upload to [login to view URL] or other crm platforms.
