c#/sql google map mashup

I am in need of a great c# coder that knows a lot about google maps. We have been trying for the last couple of months to get a map mashup built with ms virtual earth but all of the developers end up quiting so now we are aiming to just use google earth since it is more popular.

I have a complete ui spec of what is needed attached. You will see this is a tool to create many maps based on events. each event has locations that are mapped on it. the maps are going to be embedded in sites for each event so there is no relationship betwene events. there is a summary page in the admin so you can see all events at 1 time, then to manage each event you click to go into it. you will see all this in the pdf

Couple of notes:

-there is an admin side and public side to the system. Maps are public and administration needs login.

-I care about jquery or extjs use. if you find these tough to use in .net then please dont bid. We dont like newbies on js, things dont end up well. I prefer we use extjs here so let me know your experience with it. This is only needed on the admin side since the public side is just the map.

-I need to work on this full time and be on msn chat with me and my team. I expect this not to take too many days so if we can work interatively then things will go better.

-I would love for you to code this with LINQ in .net3.5

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
