Looking for MSSQL Server Developer and SQL Specialist

I am currently looking to hire MSSQL Server Developer who is experienced in writing SQL coding for MSSQL databases. I am having set of queries or functions to be developed. The selected developer will be given a sample MSSQL database with set of queries to be developed. It will be a bonus if the bidder does have experience with the data of Spatial (Geometry) type in MSSQL Server.

In couple of hours, I will share with short listed bidder, sample MSSQL database with set of initially required queries. That is so confident bidders can confirm their interest and readiness to start immediately. I am using MSSQL Server 2008R2 Express version
In the attached excel file, their are four Fields: ID (autcomplete), File_Name, Date, Result.
***Data Description:
* Field: File_Name stores names of text files. Files: A, A_Rev1, A_Rev2 are regarded as having same file name but only different versions. Version of a file is noted by _Rev1, _Rev2, etc. It can also happen that the exact file name duplicates (e.g. A,A).
* Column: Date, stores the date which each file was created on.
***Required Result Field:
The Result field should be filled with the output integer value by the script required from this project. The intended value in the Result field shall assist to get the following:
- Latest file version: Here Result should be equal to 1111111, If their are more than files of the same name (e.g. A, A_Rev1, A_Rev2) or (e.g. A, A), then Result = 1111111 should be given to the file of the most recent date, and other files of the same name should be given the ID of the file having the most recent date.
- In case of files having same file names and also same Dates: Here Result will be equal to: 9999999. That is like the scenario (A.Date= Date1, A_Rev1 = Date1) or (A.Date= Date1, A.Date=Date1). If we are having scenario (A.Date = Date2, A_Rev1= Date1, A_Rev2 = Date1), then here it is clear that A file is having the latest date, and hence A.Result should be equal 111111, and A_Rev1.Result = A.ID, A_Rev2.Result = A.ID).
To clarify more, we will put Result equal to 9999999 ONLY if we can't determine which file is the latest file.
You will find above scenarios given as an example in the attached excel file. We will be having these data as a table in MSSQL Server, but number of records will be around 100000 records.
This is one SQL coding from many similar requirements which will be requiring in the coming days
